Locally owned & operated

A general contractor that shows up, cleans up and finishes the list.

Northridge was started by a framer who was tired of watching homeowners get half-finished work and unreturned calls. Years later the promise hasn’t changed: a real scope, a real schedule, and a superintendent on site who answers the phone.

Trades we run in-house — and the ones we manage for you.

One contract, one point of contact, every trade coordinated. Whether it’s a single bathroom or a 2,400 sq ft addition, the same process applies.

The parts of contracting that usually go wrong — we systemised.

Most complaints about contractors aren’t about craftsmanship. They’re about communication, change orders and clean-up. Here’s exactly how we handle all three.

No surprise invoices

Allowances are written into the contract. Any change needs your signature before we order a thing.

You get answers

Your project manager replies inside one business day. Weekly written progress notes, every Friday.

Respectful job sites

Floor protection, dust walls, portable toilets and a broom-clean site at the end of every single day.

We come back

A 30-day and 11-month callback visit is booked with your warranty — before we hand over the keys.

Estimating & Client Care

Builds your line-item bid, tracks allowances and answers the phone first.

Questions we get before every contract.

Can’t see yours? Ask it on the estimate form below — we answer every question before we quote, not after.

Yes — we hold a current Ohio general contractor licence, general liability insurance, surety bonding and workers’ compensation coverage for every person on your property. Certificates are attached to every proposal, and we’ll email them before the site visit if you’d like to check first.

Our proposals are fixed-price with named material allowances. The price only changes if you request something different, or if we open a wall and find genuine hidden damage — and in that case you get a written change order with a photo and a price before any work continues. No verbal extras, ever.

We do. We pull the permits in our name, post them on site, schedule every inspection and meet the inspector personally. You’ll receive copies of all approved permits and final sign-offs in your handover pack for resale purposes.

Bathrooms typically run a few weeks, kitchens a little longer, and additions several months depending on engineering and permit review. Your contract includes a start window and a target completion date, plus the Friday update that tells you exactly where the schedule stands.

Almost always, yes. We build temporary dust walls with negative air, protect floors and stairs, isolate HVAC returns and keep at least one bathroom and the kitchen usable wherever the scope allows. For whole-house renovations we’ll tell you honestly if moving out is the cheaper option.

Fixed-scope packages can be booked online by card. On contracted work we take a deposit to cover material procurement, then bill by completed milestone — never in advance of work performed. Card, ACH and check are all accepted, and financing through a third-party lender is available on request.

Our own workmanship — framing, waterproofing, tile setting, carpentry and installation. Manufacturer warranties on materials pass through to you and are listed in the handover pack. The full term and transfer conditions are written into your contract.

Tell us about the project.

Fill this in and a project manager — not a salesperson — calls you back within one business day to book the site visit. Takes about 90 seconds.
